As Associate Director, R&D Consumer Experience, you are accountable for consumer experience performance, business impact, and delivery across assigned categories and business units (BUs) within the North American Zone (NAZ). In co-leadership with a Global partner, you lead the Consumer Experience Benchmarking and Performance Monitoring (BGS) program, including strategy, operating model, governance, and ways of working—ensuring consistent, decision-ready insights that inform renovation and innovation choices. This will include digitalization of the program by creating and maintaining dashboards that consolidate global benchmarking results and track performance over time, enabling clear performance visibility and faster decision-making across NA and Global stakeholders.
