The Associate Director, Publications supports the development and execution of the Medical Affairs publication strategy through effective planning, coordination, and execution of scientific and medical communications, including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and oral presentations. The role manages the day-to-day publication process across assigned assets, working closely with internal stakeholders, authors, external experts, publication vendors, and cross-functional partners to ensure high-quality, timely, and compliant scientific communications. This individual will also support Publication Review Committee (PRC) activities, publication planning systems, congress execution, publication tracking, and related scientific communication initiatives.
