This position has a primary location of Titusville, NJ but is also open to Springhouse, PA; New Brunswick, NJ; Boston, MA; and Madrid, Spain. This position will require up to 30% travel. We are looking for an AI Literacy & Adoption Project Manager, who will be responsible for the end‑to‑end execution and operational delivery of AI Literacy initiatives across R&D. This role ensures that AI learning programs are planned, coordinated, and delivered with excellence at scale—supporting consistent adoption, high‑quality learner experiences, and measurable impact across functions and regions. This will be a critical role in translating AI Literacy strategy into action, ensuring projects are delivered on time, aligned to priorities, and continuously improved through feedback and operational insights.

Requirements

  • A minimum education level of a Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences is required.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, particularly with senior‑level stakeholders, is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and engage with cross‑functional teams in complex organizational environments is required.
  • Strong digital savviness, including the ability to leverage digital tools for communication, learning delivery, and collaboration, is required.
  • Skilled in crafting clear, compelling narratives and educational materials tailored to diverse and scientific audiences.
  • Confident facilitator of workshops, events, or interactive sessions that drive engagement and collaboration.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience in consulting, program management, operations, or content creation is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting behavioral change, digital adoption, or capability‑building programs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and digital transformation in a healthcare or R&D context is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the AI Literacy execution roadmap, including quarterly training calendars, launch schedules, and event timelines across R&D.
  • Oversee logistics from end to end, including registration flows, scheduling, materials readiness, live session support, and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Support the delivery of virtual, hybrid, and in‑person AI Literacy learning experiences, including onboarding sessions, workshops, and large‑scale training events across global R&D audiences.
  • Partner with AI Literacy content owners to create and maintain toolkits, prompt libraries, onboarding guides, and microlearning modules tailored to both enterprise tools (e.g., Copilot) and proprietary platforms.
  • Track operational KPIs including attendance, completion rates, satisfaction, and early indicators of adoption; leverage data and feedback to continuously refine execution and improve the learner experience.
