About The Position

As an Associate Director, Product Analytics and Insights, you’ll build and lead the analytics function that keeps Best Buy Ads running with clarity and confidence. You’ll own the design and delivery of a suite of health dashboards spanning account, inventory, product, campaign, and deal performance, providing leadership and cross-functional teams with a real-time pulse on the business. Critically, you won’t just surface data: you’ll embed analytical reasoning and actionable recommendations directly into dashboard workflows, so decision-makers always know not just what is happening, but what to do about it. Beyond dashboards, you’ll scale the processes and data infrastructure that turn raw signals into proactive, recurring insights. You’ll manage a team of managers and senior managers while partnering directly with senior stakeholders across Ads and Ecomm in a matrixed environment to ensure the right information reaches the right decision-makers at the right time. Best Buy Ads is a key part of our company’s business strategy, as we deliver business results by partnering with leading brands to captivate audiences, drive engagement, and provide measurable impact. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days at our Best Buy office in Richfield, Minnesota, or New York City, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. Candidates outside these metro areas may qualify for remote work. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
