The Job at a Glance evermore is looking for a seasoned industry professional to scale our Print and Card Fulfillment operations. As Associate Director of Print and Card Fulfillment, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of mailed member communications and benefit card delivery — from material customization strategy and vendor supply chain to operational infrastructure and continuous innovation. You will define how evermore fulfills benefit cards cost-efficiently and at scale. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role sitting at the intersection of operations, product, finance, and member experience. You will inherit an existing foundation of vendor relationships and workflows and will be expected to elevate both significantly to meet the pace of growth at evermore. This year's roadmap is ambitious: you will lead negotiations of card personalization and fulfilment contracts, build operational redundancy through supplier onboarding, establish real-time production monitoring and alerting, and drive a fast, error-free material creation process — all while ensuring flawless card fulfillment for a growing book of health plan and other clients.
