About The Position

Staff, Product Manager - Fullfillment As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs. This role involves managing product roadmaps, driving data-informed decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. You will oversee product lifecycle activities, from ideation through launch, while continuously optimizing features based on market insights and stakeholder feedback. Your expertise in emerging technologies and agile methodologies will support innovation and operational excellence, ensuring products deliver sustained value and meet organizational objectives. The WFE Intelligence and Automation Product team delivers advanced solutions like Mobius, FCAP, CCAP, DCC, and Predictive TNT to global markets. The team focuses on enhancing input quality and intelligence maturity while automating workflows to improve user experience. It drives product strategy and roadmap execution through collaboration with stakeholders and data-driven decision-making, leveraging emerging technologies. Committed to continuous innovation and operational excellence, the team plays a vital role in deploying critical WFE capabilities worldwide, ensuring impactful product solutions that address evolving market demands effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product strategy development and execution, including roadmap creation and prioritization.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build alignment and communicate complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision making, utilizing analytics tools to monitor trends and inform product enhancements.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Expertise in product development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and MVP creation to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Ability to research and address customer needs through journey mapping and process optimization.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills to guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
  • Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products,

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own product roadmaps, prioritizing features and managing backlog tradeoffs to align with business goals.
  • Analyze data and customer insights to drive informed product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to build alignment and communicate product vision and strategy clearly.
  • Lead product development lifecycle activities, including MVP creation, testing, and iterative optimization.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance product offerings and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Facilitate customer journey mapping and process improvements to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
