About The Position

This role involves working with cross-functional teams to define platform management principles, bringing an agile mindset to ensure faster delivery, high integrity, and quality standards. The position requires proactively engaging with teams to drive solutions for blockers, risks, and issues on all programs, tracking and managing the portfolio program and projects. Key responsibilities include defining metrics and KPIs aligned with organizational strategic goals, developing joint OKRs with partner organizations, and making effective decisions. The role also entails communicating with the leadership team to ensure project priorities align with organizational goals, bringing a fresh perspective to streamline existing processes, and developing and delivering training to drive change management. Building and fostering close working relationships with clinical trial teams is crucial to understand changing business requirements, manage issues, and mitigate risks to the platform. Effective stakeholder communications on issues and disruptions are also a key part of the role.
