The Associate Director of the Center for Disability Services (CDS) provides leadership and oversight for the College’s disability intake and accommodation processes. As a working supervisor, this position conducts student intakes, determines accommodations, and oversees the consistency and quality of services provided by assigned staff. The Associate Director serves as the point of escalation for complex cases, facilitates case consultation sessions, and leads continuous improvement efforts. This position ensures compliance with applicable College, state, and federal policies and regulations throughout the intake and accommodation process, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
