About The Position

The Integration Manager’s responsibilities are to manage integration projects through developing, coordinating, and evaluating integration project plans, organize and track project plan documents, perform scope preparation/writing, understand technical requirements, manage projects and teams. This role involves managing integration projects, coordinating with various departments, performing business analysis, and ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of integrations. The position requires strong project management, analytical, and communication skills, with a focus on quality control, problem resolution, and collaboration with leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage integration projects through developing, coordinating, and evaluating integration project plans.
  • Organize and track project plan documents.
  • Perform scope preparation/writing.
  • Understand technical requirements.
  • Manage projects and teams.
  • Build the project plan and coordinate the plan to completion.
  • Perform business analysis and scope preparation/writing.
  • Manage integration development process which requires interaction with resources across multiple departments/locations; serve as the liaison between R&D and Clinical to facilitate new test releases.
  • Work with end-user to determine needs and requirements.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Act as the liaison between departments for implementing and maintaining integrations; serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
  • Perform user acceptance testing of new rollouts.
  • Create and maintain technical documentations.
  • Develop, create and implement SOPs.
  • Assist in the development of training materials, user manuals and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation.
  • Resolve problems, complete audits, identify trends, determine system improvements, and implement change.
  • Participate and lead aspects of the design, development and rollout of solutions for multiple divisions across the company.
  • Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Execute the day-to-day activities including process design, implementation lifecycle support and project reviews; provide support as needed, including analysis, design, training, specification, implementation, and go-live.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish and implement relevant metrics for monitoring.
  • Create schedule and project timelines.
  • Organize and track project plan documents.
  • Assist with resource management across all integration teams.
  • Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the expected standards.
  • Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needed.
  • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
  • Identify and communicate findings with viable solutions to senior management.
  • Act as chairperson for respective areas in monthly MDL managers’ meeting.
  • Prepare reports and act as chairperson for respective areas within the monthly Key Indicators of Quality meetings.
  • Serve on the Specimen Flow and New Test Release Committees.
  • Assist with providing on-call coverage (supervision) of the lab during non-working hours.
  • Prepare the laboratory and assist in any regulatory inspection.
  • Perform other related duties as required or requested.
  • Meet with team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Submit project deliverables and ensure they adhere to quality standards.
  • Participate as a team member and be accountable for own work responsibilities.
  • Assure information is delivered in a manner that is supportive, timely and understandable.
