The Associate Director of Human Resources plays a key role in supporting the YMCA's mission by administering personnel policies, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, managing confidential staff records, and ensuring compliance with YMCA policies, state and federal regulations, and all legal requirements. This position supports the full scope of Human Resources including Risk Management. This position plays a key role in Human Resources helping to build a safe, inclusive, and positive workplace culture where staff are supported and empowered to succeed. The Associate Director models exceptional member service, recognizing that service excellence is essential in every YMCA role.
