The Associate Director of Enrollment is responsible for developing and executing communications and yield & melt prevention plans targeted at meeting the enrollment goals for the College, in accordance with the Admissions Office and overall College strategic planning processes. The Associate Director is responsible for direct supervision and leadership of a team of Enrollment Counselors who are focused on supporting prospective students from acceptance through matriculation. This person will also assist the Executive Director with strategic planning initiatives, admissions reporting, and the overall development and execution of admission services for prospective students and supporters. This position also manages an international student caseload. Must be flexible concerning working hours as the position requires out-of-town trips, late night work, occasional overnight trips, and weekends/evenings. Passport for international travel required.
