The Associate Director of Enrollment Systems & Strategic Operations (ADESSO) is a senior strategic leader within the Lundquist College of Business, holding delegated authority over enrollment systems strategy, governance, and optimization. This role serves as the functional owner of Slate CRM for the college's graduate programs, focusing on driving operational excellence across all recruitment, application, decision, and onboarding workflows. The ADESSO is responsible for providing advanced data analytics, portfolio leadership, project management, and operational oversight to directly support the college's and institution's enrollment goals. As the principal advisor to senior leadership on admissions technology and data collection/reporting, the Associate Director is crucial for data-informed decision-making and owns the strategic, architectural, and governance components of the CRM environment. The position involves leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, supervising key administrative staff, and stewarding the systems, processes, and insights necessary for efficient, equitable, and high-impact enrollment operations.
