Lead technical direction, product delivery, and roadmap execution across multiple engineering domains, working closely with product, design, and business counterparts to translate strategic business goals into engineering solutions. Build and scale self-sufficient, autonomous teams with full ownership of end-to-end delivery. Emphasize the delivery of high-quality, resilient solutions that directly enhance the customer experience and drive business impact. Lead initiatives to implement scalable engineering processes, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), automated testing, and standardized release practices to ensure consistency, speed, and quality in software delivery. Establish clear and measurable goals for engineering teams, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to engineering managers and individual contributors. Collaborate with engineering leadership across various teams to influence architecture standards, drive alignment on technical direction, and ensure best practices are upheld throughout the organization. Ensure smooth collaboration across cross-functional teams to meet shared goals. 10% domestic travel required.
