The Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Center (CFCCC) at UC Irvine is seeking an Associate Director of Development, Anti-Cancer Challenge (ADoD, ACC). This role works collaboratively with the Senior Executive Director of Development and University Advancement colleagues to secure philanthropic support for the Anti-Cancer Challenge, an annual fundraising event that supports cancer research at the CFCCC. The ADoD, ACC will lead the implementation of the event's organizational strategy, including developing corporate sponsorships, beneficiary relationships, participant recruitment strategies, and marketing plans. The position also involves managing staff and interns, and key partnerships. The primary goal is to successfully organize and execute the annual event while achieving budgeted fundraising goals of $1 million+.
