About The Position

Centria is seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to empower fellow Clinical Leaders. This role is ideal for a natural mentor who thrives on disseminating clinical knowledge and inspiring clinical excellence in new and future BCBAs. The Associate Director of Clinical Services will be integral in ensuring individualized programs and treatment plans are developed and delivered with the highest standards of care by training, mentoring, and supporting Clinical Apprentices, Behavior Consultant Trainees, and new Supervising Clinicians. The position emphasizes clinical quality, assent-based care, work-life balance, and career growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Credentialed Case Supervisor or Supervising Clinician
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and supporting clinical staff
  • Knowledge of BACB and Arizona Revised Statute 32-2091 standards for clinical supervision
  • Experience with data-driven treatment oversight
  • Ability to maintain a small independent caseload
  • Experience in assessment and clinical programming
  • Experience in conducting competency and performance evaluations
  • Experience in conducting routine audits of contracts, session notes, and fieldwork submissions/logs
  • Ability to maintain updated records of treatment plans and progress reports
  • Experience in case assignment decisions and supporting complex or high-acuity cases
  • Ability to contribute to center culture and participate in local team-building efforts
  • Ability to promote high standards and set expectations for team members

Responsibilities

  • Act as the supervising LBA for assigned cases with BCTs, guaranteeing exceptional client outcomes and supervision compliance.
  • Conduct mandatory monthly client and family sessions, provide data-driven treatment oversight, and offer coaching and direction to BATs, while maintaining a small independent caseload.
  • Drive the comprehensive development of Behavior Analytic Trainees (BATs) by providing licensure-focused coaching, delivering initial and ongoing training in assessment and clinical programming, and facilitating competency and performance evaluations in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services.
  • Ensure all clinical supervision complies with BACB and Arizona Revised Statute 32-2091 standards.
  • Conduct routine audits of contracts, session notes, and fieldwork submissions/logs.
  • Maintain updated records of treatment plans and progress reports.
  • Partner with the Director of Clinical Services and Operations Director for case assignment decisions, supporting complex or high-acuity cases as needed.
  • Contribute to center culture and participate in local team-building efforts.
  • Support clinical operations.
  • Promote high standards and set expectations for all team members through personal example and demonstrating Centria’s values through consistent behavior and actions.
