The Assistant Director of Catholic Identity and Mission serves as a Catholic, mission-driven leader responsible for the development, alignment, and execution of Catholic Identity and Mission (CIM) initiatives across Seton schools and parishes, with primary responsibility for leading and managing the SPARK educators and Faith ARCS. Grounded in a deep commitment to Christ and the Catholic Church, this role advances a vibrant Catholic culture by forming leaders who animate faith through Word, Sacrament, culture, and curriculum. The Assistant Director ensures that Catholic identity is not only visible, but transformational—impacting students, staff, families, and the broader community. The primary role or purpose of the Assistant Director of Catholic Identity and Mission is collaborating with the SPARK teachers to enhance the Catholic identity of the school, support the faith life of the faculty, staff, and students, and support the mission and ministry of the Catholic school and parish.
