Provides direct oversight and decision-making in the management of New Mexico Highlands University athletic facilities, as well as other designated facilities utilized for home athletic contests and other special events. Provides oversight, management, and supervision of all NMHU gameday operations for all athletic events. Establishes, cultivates, and maintains effective working relationships with various internal and external constituents. Actively participates in the planning, maintenance, and oversight of the master schedule for all indoor and outdoor practices for athletic teams in collaboration with appropriate personnel to ensure proper preparation, set-up, and breakdown of designated facilities. Serves as a host to donors, VIPs, the community, and local and state governments.
