About The Position

The Associate Director, NovaOS Product Owner is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution and evolution of assigned NovaOS products and capabilities. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, engineering, UX, data science, and AI teams to translate business priorities into product requirements, deliver high-quality releases, and drive user adoption and continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or enterprise software delivery.
• Experience working with agile product development teams and managing product backlogs, user stories, and release planning.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and prioritization skills.
• Working knowledge of AI, analytics, enterprise software, UX principles, and modern software development methodologies.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting enterprise AI platforms, commercial systems, or data-driven products.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing features and user stories based on business value and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define acceptance criteria, and translate needs into actionable product specifications.
• Work closely with Engineering, Applied AI, UX, Data Science, and Architecture teams to deliver AI-enabled capabilities on time and with high quality.
• Support product discovery, sprint planning, release management, user acceptance testing, and continuous improvement activities.
• Monitor product adoption, customer feedback, usage analytics, and key performance indicators to identify enhancement opportunities.
• Ensure product delivery aligns with enterprise architecture, governance, Responsible AI standards, and platform design principles.
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and serve as the day-to-day product owner for assigned product domains.
