SCOPE: The Associate Director, Mission & Corporate Marketing supports the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that advance March of Dimes' mission programs, research priorities, advocacy initiatives, and corporate partnerships. Reporting to the Director, Mission & Corporate Marketing, this role serves as the day-to-day marketing lead for assigned initiatives, translating organizational priorities into audience-centered marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, advocacy, and revenue outcomes. The Associate Director partners closely with Mission, Research, Advocacy, Corporate Engagement, and Strategic Marketing teams to develop and implement integrated campaigns, steward corporate marketing commitments, and ensure consistent brand positioning across channels. This role balances strategic planning, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution while contributing to the overall success of the Mission & Corporate Marketing portfolio.
