Johnson and Johnson is seeking an Associate Director - Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in cardiovascular medicine within Johnson & Johnson Medtech Electrophysiology for the Texas Region. This role involves driving key initiatives in KOL engagement, advisory boards, research, publications, medical education, and field intelligence, bridging the Scientific Affairs team with the academic and non-academic surgical community. The position requires a blend of commercial/field/business acumen and Med Affairs/Clinical Affairs background. Key responsibilities include developing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals, identifying unmet needs and scientific gaps, and collaborating cross-functionally to provide medical insights. The MSL will also participate in and lead special projects such as voice of customer events, physician-initiated clinical study conversations, internal and external education, and publication planning and execution. The primary objective is to connect J&J with electrophysiology customers by maintaining thorough knowledge of product platforms, understanding business strategies, and staying updated on current literature and data in cardiac electrophysiology. The candidate should be based in close proximity to Texas.
