About The Position

The Associate Director, Omnichannel Marketing — Customer Engagement Strategy & Innovation on the Customer Engagement Planning & Measurement (CEPM) team will enable and advance omnichannel engagement strategy, measurement, and capability development to help brand teams deliver timely, relevant customer experiences across owned, operated, and third‑party platforms. This role combines marketing strategy, analytics, and digital solutions to design measurement frameworks and KPIs, translate insights into actionable go‑to‑market recommendations, and identify opportunities for innovation, experimentation, and process improvement that increase speed, agility, and efficiency in customer engagement. Success requires experience in omnichannel or digital marketing and marketing automation, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, comfort with rapid iteration and change management, and a commitment to continuous learning to keep pace with evolving digital and engagement trends. You will influence cross‑brand strategies and transformation initiatives to drive more relevant, measurable, and impactful customer interactions. This position is required to be on-site at our Upper Gwynedd location a minimum of 3-days per week.

Requirements

  • Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in omnichannel or digital marketing or customer engagement, with hands-on leadership of complex projects and understanding of the end-to-end marketing and promotional process.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with proven business acumen and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts clearly for broad stakeholder audiences and effectively collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience aligning marketing, analytics, and technology teams to drive adoption of new capabilities and engagement strategies.
  • Ability to identify white space opportunities and apply an entrepreneurial mindset to develop and pilot innovative approaches.
  • Experience with marketing automation, campaign management and analytics platforms, CRM/Salesforce tools, and recommendation engines.
  • Comfort with experimentation, iterative delivery, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Lead articulation of business requirements to enhance and evolve digital customer engagement strategies, including marketing automation and personalized content, ensuring improved targeting, relevance, and customer experience.
  • Identify, pilot, and scale innovative capabilities and third-party partnerships that enable data-driven decision-making and align digital channels with strategic priorities and customer needs.
  • Drive the evolution of analytics and reporting by defining new KPIs, data capabilities, and partnerships, translating measurement needs into clear requirements aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner closely with omnichannel, data, and technical teams to represent engagement strategy requirements, ensuring capabilities align with business needs, address operational pain points, and scale through consistent adoption.
  • Advance and optimize marketing performance measurement and business impact analytics to drive focus, inform decisions, and enable measurable change across engagement strategies.
