Requirements
- strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and related processes.
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven experience in drafting clear and concise requirements, including workflows.
- Ability to analyze and simplify complex requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Hands-on experience with back-office and middle-office systems.
- Expertise in translating business requirements into functional specifications.
- Strong IT and business understanding of capital markets
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of collateral management, liquidity, equities, and fixed income.
- Familiarity with derivatives flows and related processes.
Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements gathering and lead workstreams for various transformation projects.
- Support issue triaging and resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain user stories, functional requirements documentation, and other project artifacts.
