About the Role We combine creative content ideas with smart paid media strategy to drive business results. We develop integrated strategies that help transform our clients’ businesses through customer value and business value. We match great creative ideas with effective distribution and leading expertise in paid social media. We represent the social media marketing capability within Ogilvy. We offer an end-to-end integrated offering pulling together creative, media and data expertise to deliver nimble and result-driven campaigns for our clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in social media influencer strategy and execution; experience in driving talent partnerships
  • Proven ability to develop meaningful influencer relationships that result in authentic story-telling that drive impact
  • Proven ability to identify relevant influencers and conduct effective outreach
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with paid social media in support of influencer campaigns
  • Proven ability to shepherd the development of legal contracts with influencers
  • Experience working with influencer and content management tools
  • Understands influencer search tools and platforms to assess the effectiveness of an influencer
  • Experience in hospitality

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute influencer program and distribution strategies
  • Partner with agency leads across the network and an array of brands to prepare cohesive thinking across campaigns and activations
  • Create and conduct influencer briefs for creatives and influencers
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts within the influencer space while also ensuring that client/agency relationships exist on multiple levels and grow over time
  • Oversee research, identification, and relationship management with influencers that help meet brand goals via influencer partnerships
  • Analyze and access campaign to provide valuable insights and opportunities
  • Remain on the pulse of influencer marketing trends to ensure creative, maximum exposure
  • Efficiently and effectively plans and manage influencers at large-scale events
