About The Position

Lead a team a make an impact at the center of where it all happens – our customers’ homes. As an Associate Director In Home Sales, you’ll oversee a team of sales and support staff as they work to introduce residential customers to our award-winning TV service and technology in collaboration with our service installers. Your knowledge of our wide range of technology and services will ensure they provide customized solutions that create an elevated customer experience. What’s it takes to ensure your team delivers the ultimate white glove experience? Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities to match! You’ll take on a variety of responsibilities – from hiring and training to career development and strategic planning. You’ll also oversee the inventory and compliance of your team and take on fleet management responsibilities. Most importantly, you’ll be tasked with ensuring your team develops and attains sales and service objectives within an assigned geographic territory. You’ll ensure that each member of your team is equipped to provide customers with hands-on demos that generate new sales – effectively and independently managing their own appointments to meet sales and service objectives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of customer facing/sales experience
  • 3-5 years of management experience, preferred.
