About The Position

The Direct Selle r is responsible for engaging with prospective customers to educate them about our home remodeling solutions and generate sales opportunities. This role involves face-to-face interactions with homeowners, presenting our products and services, and guiding them through the sales process. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a strong ability to build trust, handle objections, and close sales.

Requirements

• Prior experience in direct sales, in-home sales, or a similar commission-based sales role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by sales success.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned territories.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct sales presentations to homeowners in assigned territories, events, or referrals.
• Educate potential customers on the benefits and features of our remodeling services.
• Develop relationships and establish rapport with homeowners to generate trust and confidence.
• Identify and engage new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and canvassing.
• Participate in community events, trade shows, and other outreach activities to attract potential customers.
• Work closely with the marketing and inside sales teams to maximize lead conversion.
• Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that fit their home improvement goals.
• Overcome objections and negotiate terms to achieve successful sales outcomes.
• Close sales agreements and ensure proper documentation is completed accurately.
