Overall Purpose: Responsible for development and attainment of sales and service objectives through subordinate sales personnel within an assigned geographic area. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Supervises sales and support staff, including responsibility for hiring, training, developing, disciplining and contributing to decision making regarding discharge of subordinate employees. Oversees Inventory and Compliance of subordinates including licensure, permits and documentation is per policy and procedure. Will have fleet vehicle management responsibilities.
