About The Position

Lead a team a make an impact at the center of where it all happens – our customers’ homes. As an Integrated Solutions Manager, you’ll oversee a team of sales and support staff as they work to introduce residential customers to our award-winning TV service and technology in collaboration with our service installers. Your knowledge of our wide range of technology and services will ensure they provide customized solutions that create an elevated customer experience. What’s it take to ensure your team delivers the ultimate white glove experience? Excellent communication, strategic thinking and leadership abilities to match! You’ll take on a variety of responsibilities – from hiring and training to career development and strategic planning. You’ll also oversee the inventory and compliance of your team and take on fleet management responsibilities. Most importantly, you’ll be tasked with ensuring your team develops and attains sales and service objectives within an assigned geographic territory. You’ll ensure that each member of your team is equipped to provide customers with hands-on demos that generate new sales – effectively and independently managing their own appointments to meet sales and service objectives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of customer facing/sales experience
  • 3-5 years of management experience preferred

  • A bachelor's degree, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises sales and support staff, including responsibility for hiring, training, developing, disciplining and contributing to decision making regarding discharge of subordinate employees.
  • Oversees Inventory and Compliance of subordinates including licensure, permits and documentation per policy and procedure.
  • Will have fleet vehicle management responsibilities.
  • Interacts with other departments and vendors to resolve issues and develop strategic plans.
  • Responsible for development and attainment of sales and service objectives through subordinate sales personnel within an assigned geographic area.
