About The Position

The HR IT Business Partner acts as the strategic people advisor to IT to ensure that people strategies, organizational effectiveness, and workforce plans directly enable the technology agenda. Reporting into the HR Technology Strategy and Architecture Lead, the HR IT Business Partner will work closely with IT leaders, HR COEs and HR improvement teams to deliver talent, workforce, organizational design, and employee experience outcomes — enabling the IT function to meet current and future capability needs.

Requirements

  • Degree related education in HR, Business, IT or a related field (Master’s degree or professional HR IT qualification preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HR IT or HR Business Partnering role within a global or matrixed organization
  • Deep understanding of BioPharma HR technology trends and industry insights
  • Experience in aligning future and existing IT technologies to business strategy
  • Demonstrable strong business acumen and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
  • Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous

  • Ability to align technology needs to the overall business strategy and influence senior decision makers

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR guidance to IT leaders on organizational priorities, workforce risks, culture, leadership capability, and people impacts of the technology strategy
  • Act as a consulting partner to help shape the HR IT future‑skills roadmap, and functional transformation
  • Provide change management support for technology transformation, digital programs, and system rollouts
  • Collaborate with HR service design and improvement teams on persona design, experience mapping, continuous improvement, and program deployment
  • Integrate technology insights and solutions from Talent, Reward, Culture & Leadership COEs
  • Works with the business to ensure regulatory compliance is embedded into HR solutions
  • Serves as primary liaison between HR IT and business functions to understand future needs
  • Shape, govern and prioritize HR IT project pipeline to ensure technology initiatives deliver ROI
  • Provides guidance on digital trends and opportunities to enhance competitive advantage
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies to enhance business processes
