BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Associate Director to lead our Hickory, NC Habilitation office. This role is for a driven leader with a heart for healthcare and a mind for business. Requirements

Four-year college degree required
Minimum two years of verifiable supervisory or management experience in a health care industry or with the developmental disabilities population.
Experience with I/DD population
Proven ability to organize, manage and grow an office and its staff
Background in marketing and recruiting
Knowledge of NC Innovations waivers and 1915(i) waivers
Strong business acumen
Demonstrated PC and communication skills, especially in regard to networking with the community and representing our organization to various groups and agencies

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of the Hickory, NC Habilitation office
Drive growth through strategic planning, business development, budgeting, and goal setting
Build and manage a high-performing team dedicated to The BAYADA Way
Cultivate referral sources and community relationships
Mentor and develop staff to ensure exceptional service and compliance
