The Associate Director, Growth Marketing will lead strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs that drive revenue growth across IQVIA Digital’s portfolio. This role partners closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Commercial Strategy to translate business and product goals into measurable marketing outcomes.

Requirements

  • To be eligible for this position, you must reside in the same country where the job is located.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 7-10+ years’ experience in Marketing with a focus on growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing within healthcare, life sciences, life sciences technology, and/or media industries, required.
  • Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Technical marketing skills including AdTech, SEO platforms, and Marketing Automation.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation tools and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics) and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to influence across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Growth and Demand Generation Strategies: Lead the design and execution of integrated marketing programs, aligned with business and product objectives, that drive qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Campaign Management: Develop multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, webinars, events, and digital) aligned to product and business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Event Strategy: Partner with GTM and event lead on participation in industry events, webinars, and trade shows to maximize engagement and lead generation.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform differentiated programs and targeted tactics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial strategy, sales, product, and content teams to ensure alignment and maximize ROI.
  • Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign results and report on KPIs to evaluate success and inform future initiatives.
