The Associate Director of Global Scientific Communications is responsible for leading the strategic and operational delivery of scientific communications, with a primary focus on publications planning, development, and execution. This role also encompasses Client Manager and Project Manager duties, overseeing the entire publication strategy from content development to dissemination, ensuring alignment with client objectives and global publication guidelines (e.g., ICMJE, GPP). The individual will be a key member of the Medical Affairs (MA) leadership team, contributing to the development of MA strategies, solution offerings, technology/innovation, and team management. Collaboration with other global leaders within Medical Information and Medical Affairs, as well as other EVERSANA business units, is crucial for strengthening the Integrated Medical Affairs solution offering. This position may involve managing multiple complex deliverables for internal and external clients with a team of resources, including full-time employees and consultants.
