This position supports the development and execution of global Real-World Evidence (RWE) strategies and high-priority evidence-generation programs across the oncology portfolio. The Associate Director will work under the strategic guidance of the Global RWE Disease Leads to translate asset- and disease-area evidence priorities into timely, high-quality RWE studies and deliverables that support market shaping, medical adoption, access, and evidence-based decision-making. The role involves partnering closely with RWE Researchers, Programmers in the GRWE Analytic Hub, cross-functional collaborators, regional and local evidence-generation teams, and external vendors to ensure scientific rigor, operational excellence, and effective dissemination of RWE. The individual will also support Disease Leads in stakeholder management, long-range Worldwide RWE Roadmap development, RWE Working Groups, and project execution forums.
