About The Position

Our Finance team brings together our financial perspectives into our overall strategic and tactical decision making. We use state-of-the-art techniques for financial analysis, planning, accounting, reporting and performance evaluation. This allows the organization to continue advancing medical innovation and improve lives. The FP&A Associate Director will report to the Global Oncology FP&A Director. The Associate Director will supporting financial planning and analysis for a Major porduct l, as well as consolidation for Oncology franchise. The role will work extensively with the Global Oncology CBL Team as a key business partner. The role will provide insights and analytics to support business decisions while we continue to grow the oncology business across all regions.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree required, preferably in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong Analytical, communication, organizational and collaborations skills
  • Deliver high quality results under tight timeline

Responsibilities

  • Provide Financial Support to the Global Disease Leads
  • Support Global Planning for LROP, Aug FC and Budget (e.g., Financial guidance, management presentation, templates and Financial Calendar)
  • Ensure alignment with HH US, International and Global CoE
  • Assist in the development of materials for Senior Leadership
  • Track Sales variances and ensure proper DTP/DTV
  • Provide Ad Hoc support as needed to marketing team as well as Tally and Impairment
  • Ensure alignment on closing activities as well as background information to support variances
  • Collaborate with Forecasting CoE to develop deep understanding of tumor details for both LROP and Budget
