About The Position

Lead Moderna’s global facilities strategy and operations, ensuring consistency, operational excellence, and cost-efficiency. This role will drive global standardization, develop scalable facilities models, and improve engagement with senior leaders and stakeholders to align on strategic goals. The focus will be on KPIs, budget control, and fostering cross-functional collaboration for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global stakeholder engagement strategy, ensuring alignment between senior leadership, regional teams, and functional areas.
• Enhance strategic communication to influence senior leaders, drive alignment, and communicate the vision for operational excellence.
• Establish and track global facilities management standards and KPIs, ensuring scalability, consistency, and process improvement.
• Oversee the global facilities budget, implementing cost optimization strategies and maintaining strict financial discipline.
• Foster clear decision-making and collaboration across departments to align facilities strategy with broader organizational goals.
• Design and deploy a scalable facilities service model that meets global standards and regional needs.
• Lead performance metric development and drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
