Based primarily in New York and Toronto, the team covers Power & LNG, Midstream, Regulated Utilities, and Project Finance (P3), though coverage can evolve. You may cover multiple sectors. You’ll collaborate with experienced industry specialists globally who rate infrastructure companies and assets, within a highly integrated and collegiate S&P Global Ratings culture that emphasizes teamwork, knowledge sharing, and cross-team collaboration. The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Director to join our growing North American Infrastructure ratings team. Responsibilities include analytical surveillance of a portfolio of rated issuers, new issuer ratings, managing issuer relationships as a primary analyst, investor interaction, and presenting credit views both internally and externally. Confident and knowledgeable responses to analytical questions, and credible representation of S&P Global Ratings in meetings and with investors, are essential.
