Reporting to the Director of the Office for Community Support, Non-Discrimination, Rights and Responsibilities (CSNDR) and University Title IX Coordinator, the Associate Director for Compliance and Title VI Coordinator is responsible for oversight of the University’s compliance with Title VI, as well as overall case management of Title IX Hearings, Appellate Panels, NDAB Determination Panels, and matters subject to the University Committee on Rights and Responsibilities (UCRR) Fact-Finding Procedures. The Associate Director works closely with the Director of CSNDR and University Title IX Coordinator, the Title IX Hearing Chair, and the Director of the Office for Dispute Resolution (ODR) on application of the University’s Policies and Procedures addressing sexual harassment, other sexual misconduct, and the University’s Non-Discrimination and Anti-Bullying Policies and Procedures (NDAB). The Associate Director is also responsible for supporting the University’s administration and implementation of the UCRR Fact-Finding Procedures, including working closely with the President, Faculty Panels, and Appellate Panels. The Associate Director serves as the supervisor of Deputy Title VI Coordinator and Case Manager as well as anticipated additional supervisory responsibilities within CSNDR’s NDAB and Title IX Compliance Team as the team grows.
