Our FP&A team plays a critical role in driving financial strategy, supporting decision-making, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our business across subscriptions, advertising, and emerging revenue streams. Why this role matters The Associate Director of FP&A is a key functional leader within the Finance organization who acts as a strategic partner to senior editorial and commercial stakeholders, owns critical planning processes, and leads a team responsible for delivering high-impact financial insights. This leadership role is designed for high organizational impact — combining strong analytical rigor, business partnership, and people leadership. The Associate Director will operate as a deputy to the Senior Director of FP&A and a key member of the extended CFO leadership team, driving both execution and forward-looking strategy.
