About The Position

Agios Pharmaceuticals is searching for a dynamic Associate Director, Field Analytics & Insights to join our Commercial Operations and Analytics team. Agios uses AI-enabled analytics platforms for much of this work, so hands-on programming in Python or R is helpful but not required. More important is command of the underlying analytical methods: knowing which approach fits a business question, whether the results are sound, and how to turn them into recommendations leaders can act on.

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including field leadership and senior management.
