About The Position

UBS Business Solutions US LLC is hiring an Associate Director, Engineer for its Engineer team in Weehawken, New Jersey. The role collaborates with Full Stack and Front-End developers to deliver a responsive web-based application and contributes to the design and development of the Enterprise Data Product Catalog. It includes improving user experience designs, analyzing user requirements, developing features, and automating testing and deployment. The engineer also oversees production health, helps resolve incidents, addresses root causes of risk and issues, and develops secure, performant, stable, operable, consistent, high-quality, reliable, and compliant solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements. The position can be performed in a hybrid in-office/remote arrangement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field of study.
• Five years of experience in the job offered, or five years of experience as a Technology Lead, Front-end Developer, Web Engineer, Web Developer, or a related occupation.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, AG Grid, Broadridge Component, UX design, Java, HTML5, CSS, cloud integration, container services, Agile-based execution processes, analyzing user requirements, and automation of testing and deployment.
