The Office of Strategic Partnerships at the Robinson College of Business is seeking to hire a part-time Associate Director, Strategic Partnerships (Temp) to serve on the Strategic Partnerships and Immersive Programs team under the direction of the Director, Immersive Programs, with the support of the Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and four years of supervisory experience, or a combination of education and related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate student marketing, recruitment, selection process management, student professional development events, external site visits, resume books, program assessment, and reporting key metrics data for over 500 students who apply and engage in PIP-Panther Immersion Programs annually.
  • Manage and expand the PIP – Panther Immersion Programs, including new treks and site visits.
  • Provide program management support for the rapidly expanding RISE-Robinson Immersive Sophomore Experience program.
  • Manage immersive scholarship programs, including professional development activities.
  • Manage the new CampusBridge Program, which facilitates partners offering office space and support services to hire student interns and run on-campus internships.
  • Plan and execute talent recruiting activities to support Strategic Partners' recruitment of students from Signature and Immersive Programs.
  • Lead and manage a program manager, and oversee student and staff volunteers to plan, implement, and evaluate activities including Information Sessions, Professional Speaker Series, Industry Insight Workshops, Campus Interviews, and Targeted Emails and Resume referrals.
  • Design and administer pre- and post-program surveys for students, faculty, and corporate partners to assess satisfaction, learning outcomes, and program impact.
  • Analyze survey results to inform program enhancements, stakeholder communication, and strategic planning.
  • Evaluate program performance and recommend improvements based on feedback and outcome assessments.
  • Track, analyze, and report year-over-year program application data, including trends in student interest, demographic representation, and program selection outcomes.
  • Prepare and present data-driven reports to senior leadership to inform strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Develop dashboards or reports to monitor key performance indicators across immersive programs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of immersive program alumni, including current job title, company, industry, and location.
  • Assume other duties as assigned.
