Today, Dove Men+Care Personal Care sales are split approximately 60% Deodorants and 40% Skin Cleansing, with the US accounting for 56% of total sales in 2024 and the remaining 44% generated across the rest of the world. This creates a significant opportunity to accelerate growth internationally, where the brand has substantial headroom to scale. As the Associate Director and Head of Dove Men Deos BG North America, you will lead the Dove Men+Care agenda across Latin America, Europe, and Asia during a pivotal moment for the brand. Building on a strong foundation, you will shape the next phase of growth by strengthening brand desirability, deepening cultural relevance, and ensuring Dove Men+Care continues to lead in an evolving men’s personal care landscape.
