The Role: The Associate Director, Programmatic owns the Advertising function on their book of clients. This includes developing overall programmatic media strategy (Display, Video, Audio, OOH), helping to grow the client’s business through additional advertising channels and ensuring team execution meets and exceeds client expectations. The Programmatic group is responsible for applying highly analytical and quantitative approaches to deliver campaign performance in managing client relationships. Associate Directors are expected to employ and continually define the state-of-the-art techniques in the online marketing industry through their deep understanding of digital technologies, a passion for using data to inform creative problem solving. They must possess excellent active listening skills to understand client needs and translate those needs into campaign objectives.
