The Associate Director, Daniels Student Success Center Advising Operations and Academic Planning leads the operational infrastructure that supports student progression, academic planning, course management, and degree completion across undergraduate and graduate populations. This role provides oversight for enrollment trend analysis, course demand tracking, managing and building student records processes, degree audit functions, scheduling coordination, data reporting, and administrative workflows that support the Daniels College of Business Student Success Center. The Associate Director serves as a key operational partner and representative of Daniels College of Business to academic departments, faculty, the Registrar’s Office, Office of Graduate Education, Alumni Engagement, and other campus partners. This position ensures that student and course management processes are accurate, efficient, student-centered, and aligned with institutional priorities around retention, persistence, time to graduation, and academic delivery. To stay aligned with the student experience, this position maintains a minimal academic advising caseload of undergraduate and/or graduate students. This position is housed in the Daniels College of Business Student Success Center, which serves as an integrated hub for academic advising, student engagement, career readiness, experiential learning, and student support. The Associate Director also supervises the Student Success Center Scheduling Manager and the Microsoft Office Suite Program Coordinator and provides leadership around departmental student portfolio-related systems, reporting, and process improvement.
