About The Position

This is a customer facing role providing transactional support across all aspects of the P&L, including negotiating complex commercial agreements with customers and airframers globally, providing program support, advising on regulatory compliance and communications with customers, airframers, regulators, and program partners. This role includes opportunities for international travel (approximately 20%) to support our global business, along with meaningful on-site collaboration with our team in East Hartford, Connecticut—both now and as we grow together in the future.

Requirements

Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.)
10+ years of relevant legal experience
5+ years of legal experience at a law firm including experience with commercial transactions, M&A, or strong litigation experience resolving commercial disputes
Good standing with a state bar association
In-house counsel registration in a timely manner following hire
U.S. Citizen
