About The Position
Where you'll be working: Knoxville, TN. Relocation assistance may be provided. What you'll be doing: Leading a team of content creators to concept and create breakthrough short-form video content Working with world-famous brands to bring social strategy to life across IG Reels, TikTok, and more Collaborating with Social Creative teams to incorporate video content into Always-On content calendars, 360 campaigns, and brand activations What you bring: A deep understanding of social content production Demonstrated ability to concept and produce share-wrothy social video Experience in planning, leading, and executing video production at different scales: from run-n-gun real-time concepts to plugging into larger productions Passion for leadership and team growth Why you'll want to work at Tombras: Family - It comes first, on every list.
