The Associate Director, Consumer Social Media Strategy is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role responsible for the development, execution and optimization of all consumer-facing content and corporate social media initiatives that support business and commercial priorities. This role translates the corporate digital vision set by the Senior Director into best-in-class digital experiences, driving audience engagement, building brand trust, and directly supporting commercial priorities. This leader brings deep expertise in consumer social media strategy, planning and execution. This Associate Director Consumer Social Media Strategy is accountable for creating and leading the corporate social content strategy across all owned corporate social channels. This role will also support the development and execution of the corporate influencer program by contributing to driving strategy, governance, and collaboration with brand teams to create engaging consumer-focused social content. This person is a creative storyteller and strategic thinker who is a social media expert and passionate about content and the role it plays in enhancing the reputation of the Company. This role will collaborate with a wide variety of key stakeholders across the organization to develop content aligned with our purpose and that engages our key stakeholders. This person will work with the USO Communications Team to execute on goals in support of the Company's strategic commercial priorities and corporate brand, while maintaining the highest editorial standards with a focus on expansion and growth.
