Growing together As a member of the Complex Care team within the Community & State Policy and Advocacy team, the Complex Care Associate Director will lead on issues related to long-term services and supports (LTSS) and dual eligible special needs plans (D-SNPs). Work will including identifying emerging trends and developing proactive positions and responsive materials that serve both state-specific and federal advocacy needs. The individual will work closely with local health plans and national teams to maintain awareness of challenges and opportunities and share insights on opportunities to be innovative in service to individuals who are dually eligible and/or have LTSS needs. The successful candidate will have a solid mastery of developing and presenting advocacy materials that support market positioning to influence policy makers and senior leadership. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
