The Associate Director, Commercial Training, Rare Disease is responsible for the development of all products, disease state, competitive landscape & skills training for all field personnel within the Rare Disease Portfolio. The role involves development, operational planning and implementation of the full annual training program, primary facilitation of training classes, pull through of learning programs and skills training for field leadership and clinical sales specialists. The Associate Director is responsible for agency project management and execution of newly developed training programs, including management of legal, regulatory & medical approval process of various training initiatives. Collection of best practices from global colleagues, and U.S. franchises are also in the scope of the role.
