The Associate Director, Client Partner is responsible for contract management, business performance, client retention, staff development and growth of the current business in the local market. This role involves managing the overall P&L for the region, ensuring effective communication and service to current clients, generating new business opportunities within existing accounts, and providing leadership for staff on the administration of client programs. The position requires proactive identification and resolution of client expectations and issues, development of relationships with key contacts in healthcare and community organizations, and representation of the company at various events. Additionally, the role supports innovative business practices, drafts and negotiates amendments to agreements, monitors regulatory changes, ensures accurate reporting, and manages staff performance and development.
