Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) seeks an Associate Director to serve as a core member of an internal consulting team that supports senior leadership in shaping and executing enterprise-level clinical, operational, and financial strategies. This position is designed for someone who combines deep health system expertise with analytical rigor, and communication precision. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior and clinical leaders, the Associate Director will lead high-stakes, high-complexity projects that span market planning for clinical programs across our hospitals, ambulatory footprint and communities served. The role requires advanced data fluency, with an ability to independently develop and interpret complex quantitative and qualitative analyses, and to distill findings into concise, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and strategic deliverables. A key expectation of the role is the ability to synthesize ambiguous or unstructured problems into actionable insights and recommendations, tailored for leadership audiences. In addition to delivering analytic excellence, the Associate Director is expected to be a highly effective collaborator and communicator. This role requires frequent engagement with senior stakeholders from across the health system, navigating multiple priorities and driving alignment across teams.
